Sáasil means both visible light and "internal" light. Images are created once physical light hits the image sensor to create an exposure. I believe storytelling is what connects the use of physical light and the internal light we all possess.

Meet the Founder
A seasoned physician associate turned entrepreneur, Chaz Hernandez built this company from the skills used in medicine - empathy, relationship building, and analytical ability. His creative experience spans over 20 years beginning with wedding videography for his father's business. He maintained his creative passion over the years in landscape photography while working full-time. The stories of his patients inspired Chaz to look for new ways to merge his professional skills with his creative passions and in 2026 Sáasil was born.
